Since these are instantly accessible digital items, they are non-refundable once purchased.
Physical Products (Starter Kits, Materials)
Once purchased, Starter Kits are non-refundable.
If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incomplete, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued only for physical products other than Starter Kits, and only if replacement is not possible.
